Quick Ship — Single Excel File
Upload a parcel/delivery Excel file (3p format). Deliveries are grouped by Ship-To —
one shipment per destination, containing all parcels from all deliveries to that address.
No commodity/customs data — for intra-EU or when customs data is not needed.
Customs Ship — With Commodity Lines
Upload the 3 SAP Excel files (1v, 2i, 3p) — same as the customs summary process.
Deliveries are grouped by Ship-To — one shipment per destination (like the "Group by Ship-to (Stacked)" Excel option),
containing all parcels from all deliveries to that address, with commodity lines per Ship-To.
For UPS WorldShip: Creates one OpenShipment per Ship-To with full international documentation, commodity
For GPX: Creates one Odoo shipment per Ship-To with all parcels AND goods (commodity lines with nomenclature codes).
